HealthONE's Thornton Clinic is located at 9195 Grant Street. Occupational Medicine is in suite 100.
Occupational medicine services are provided 7:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
After hours care is available at North Suburban Medical Center at 9191 Grant Street.
We offer comprehensive and cost effective:
- Injury evaluation and treatment by Level II accredited physicians.
- On-site care coordination / case management.
- Physical examinations for DOT, pre-hire, and annual.
- Drug and Breath Alcohol testing.
- Comprehensive rehabilitation services.
